Enderson is a results-oriented executive with proven ability to maximize resources and cross-functional collaboration to achieve organizational strategic goals. Over 18 years of cross-cultural experience in sales and marketing, operations, B2B sales, and general management, which include building and leading several high-performing teams, strategic alliances, and channel partnerships. Significant experience in consultative sales approach to understand customer’s needs and ensure long-term alignment that generates profitable revenue.
Enderson earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University Owen School of Management and a MSc in Evidence-Based Healthcare from the University of Oxford. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Oxford with knowledge in value-based healthcare, clinical trials, and the importance of evidence-based decision-making.
He is also the Co-Founder of the Oxford-Brazil EBM Alliance, a partnership between Oxford’s Center for Evidence-Based Medicine (CEBM) and the Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Departments of leading Brazilian medical schools, fostering sustainability and replicability of effective EBM teaching and learning in South America.
Awards include three consecutive Nashville Post’s annual “In Charge” Awards for Technology (2021, 2020 and 2019), Nashville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 (2019), University of Oxford Student Spotlight (2019), Vanderbilt Owen World Shapers Award (2016), and Beta Gamma Sigma Honors for graduating top of MBA class at Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management (2015).
Enderson is a member of several professional organizations including the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ), and the Oxford Entrepreneurs Society.
